Community Organizations

Men's Club

The Chickasaw Point Men's Club is an organization open to all male property owners in good standing. In addition to the camaraderie and good fellowship, this group of approximately one hundred members provides services within our community and without. From building the covered picnic shelter to painting lines on our twenty plus miles of roads, to trimming trees and roadside brush, they're ready volunteers. Outside our gates, they help raise money to support the Oakway Rescue Squad and the South Union Fire Department. The Club has adopted two miles of Highway 11 in the State's roadside cleanup program.

The Men's Club meets every third Wednesday at 6:00 PM at The Overlook to enjoy dinner together, an informative program, or both. They sponsor various parties, boat-a-cades, picnics, and other events for the community. Membership is $20.00 a year. All POA members in good standing are eligible for membership, whether resident or non-resident. Plan to participate.

The Men's Club is excited to announce a new service aimed at assisting our neighbors with small household tasks. We understand that sometimes it can be challenging to find the time or physical ability to complete these tasks, which is why we're offering our help. Our Helping Hands Program includes services such as moving furniture, changing light bulbs, changing batteries

in smoke detectors, and more.

If you would like to make a request for assistance, simply fill out our form and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We believe in coming together as a community to support one another, and we're thrilled to be able to offer this service to our neighbors. Don't hesitate to contact us and let us know how we can help make your home a

safer and more comfortable place.
